How do I tell how many people are visiting my website and where they are coming from?
Just go to the following address:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/stats At that address, there is a page which will give you all sorts of information about your visitors. This is a free service included with all domain name websites.
Can I have a movie clips on my website?
Yes, we can digitize and create a movie that your visitors can see over the internet. All you have to do is send us a a video clip from a videotape that you want digitized. Keep in mind that movies take up huge amounts of space and take a long time for visitors to download. Because of their large size, we have to charge extra.

How do I update my site?
Just call or email us! We take care of that. Every Corporate Package gets six free updates a year. If you just want to change a bit of text (example: adding an email address) that doesn't even count towards your six updates. Beyond your free updates, we work with you to determine the pricing. What are the limits on my mailbox?
Your mailbox has a limit of 5 MB for email stored on our server. That's enough for thousands of text messages. Most of our customers use an email forwarding service set up by their IT department or office manager, so this limit does not apply when no email is actually stored on our server.
What happens if my email goes over the 5 MB limit?
If someone receives a particularly large e-mail, the server has no way of knowing how large it is, so as long as it is under quota when it comes in, the server will accept it. However if this puts the account over quota, it will accept no more. If the account builds up a large quantity of mail that puts it over limit, it will once again accept no more, and bounce subsequent messages. In both cases, the account will lock up and accept no more mail. This is simply a safety feature to keep immense spams and so forth from causing the server to freeze up.
Do I have any other limits?

Is my email safe?
Yes, mostly. However, like any other email service, there is always a small possibility of virus infection from emails you receive. This is the easiest way to stop defend against viruses: DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY ATTACHMENTS FROM STRANGERS. Only download the attachment if you know the person who is sending it to you or it is something that you yourself have specifically requested to be sent to you.
Can I get a bigger mailbox?
If you are an a non-typical customer who routinely sends and receives emails with very large attachments, you might need a bigger mailbox. Contact us for custom pricing.
How many mailboxes can I have?
You can have up to ten separate mailboxes. Each mailbox after that is is $5 per year extra.
